The winners of our Best XI competition met at the ground before the Swansea game on Friday 8th March.
Nick Buck, Gary Field, Eddie Edwards, Tom Forster and Elliott Wesby, plus their guests thoroughly enjoyed watching the game from one of the executive boxes at the River End, kindly given to us by the club for which we are extremely grateful.
On a wet and cold evening watching us beat Swansea in the warm and dry, was indeed the icing on the cake.
Thanks to everyone who entered the competition, and, of course, many thanks to Jamie of the CSF, Ed Balls, Delia and Michael for picking their Best X1. Our winners were the closest in matching their selections.
