Mobility Bus Update

Following the successful trial of the mobility bus on 9 August 2025, the Canaries Trust, along with Norwich Door to Door, Norwich City Football Club, Norfolk County Council, Age UK, Norwich Inclusive Partnership, and Dardan Security are delighted to confirm that this will now become a permanent feature at each Norwich City home game.

Up to three accessible buses are available, provided by Norwich Door to Door. These will travel between County Hall and Carrow Road. The buses can take wheelchairs if they fold. Passengers can take up to one carer to support them if required.

Passengers will need to arrive at County Hall by 1.15pm, ready for a 1.30pm departure.

The buses will drop passengers opposite the Holiday Inn and will park there for the duration of the match, ready to take passengers straight back to County Hall after the match.

The cost will be £4 return per passenger and £2 per return per carer. The normal £6 fee to park at County Hall will still apply. You can book by visiting the Norwich Door to Door website or by clicking on the link below.

Times will vary for different Kick Off times but keep an eye on our socials and we will keep you up to date.

The service is running on September 14th for the womens match at Carrow Road

We are looking for local businesses to sponsor a bus to reduce costs to passengers. If anyone wishes to do so, they can contact the Canaries Trust via:

If you would like to volunteer to be a mobility bus driver on matchdays, please contact Norwich Door to Door by emailing them at: enquiries@norwichdoortodoor.org.uk
